Courtnaye Richard

Founder/Executive Director

Courtnaye Richard is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Bible teacher, author, speaker, revivalist, podcast host of Inside Out with Courtnaye (which was rated the #1 NEW Podcast for Women of God) and founder of the 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Inside Out Worldwide. She is  also the Administrator of a FREE leadership Facebook community for women called,  "Christian Women of Impact " that has 1,500 members.  Courtnaye has also been a sought-after speaker of a host of Christian events such as She Speaks (Lysa TerKeurst), Christian Parenting, Kingdom Entrepreneurs, A Wife Like Me, Surrounded Women's Conference, Life of a Single Mom National Conference, and Entrusted Women's Conference, just to name a few. She has actively served in ministry and the local church for over 25 years, and still serving. Courtnaye is a New Orleans, Louisiana native, but has lived in the beautiful Texas Hill Country (outside of Austin, Texas) for 20 years. She has been married for 22 years, and is a mother of three beautiful, active Gen Z children.

In addition, Courtnaye is the founder of Inside Out with Courtnaye - a global online ministry that helps thousands of women grow stronger in their walk with Christ from a biblical and practical perspective. She is very passionate about helping women  all around the world grow stronger in their faith, walk out their Christian lives according to the Word of God, live out their purpose, while also preparing them to be ready in every way for the swift return of Jesus Christ. 

 

She accomplishes God's purpose in ministry through events, outreach, resources, video teachings, social media, speaking engagements, and is a contributing writer for Christianity.com and YouVersion Bible App partner. She also accomplishes this vision through her faith-based public relations, marketing, and mentorship agency, Inside Out Media Group, LLC, where she's worked with platforms such as PBS, CBN, TCT Networks, and Yahoo.com, as well as local television, radio, print publications, and top-charted podcast shows.
