Inside Out Worldwide is a 501.(c)3 non-profit organization and our global mission is to guide women in their journey to deepen their relationship with Christ, while being equipped for their divine calling as we await His return. Through impactful events, curated resources, and thoughtful print materials, we aim to provide a comprehensive platform for spiritual growth and equipping. Our commitment is to encourage, educate, and empower women (single and married), moms, and leaders to navigate their walk with Christ with purpose, resilience, and a profound sense of calling, while impacting the world by living out the teachings of Jesus Christ in every aspect of life. On occasion, we host events and provide resources that serve entire communities such as revivals that welcome men, women, teens, and young adults, as well as marriage and family events.

Courtnaye Richard

Courtnaye is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, Bible teacher, author, speaker, revivalist, podcast host of Inside Out with Courtnaye (which was rated the #1 NEW Podcast for Women of God) and founder of the 501.c3 non-profit organization, Inside Out Worldwide. She is also the host of "Christian Women of Impact Intensive," which is a two-day leadership event especially designed for Christian women. Courtnaye has been a sought-after speaker of a host of Christian events such as She Speaks (Lysa TerKeurst), Christian Parenting, Kingdom Entrepreneurs Summit, A Wife Like Me, Surrounded Women's Conference, Life of a Single Mom National Conference, and Entrusted Women's Conference, just to name a few. She has actively served in ministry and the local church for over 25 years, and still serving. Courtnaye is a New Orleans, Louisiana native, but has lived in the beautiful Texas Hill Country (outside of Austin, Texas) for 19 years. She has been married for 20 years, and is a mother of three beautiful, active Gen Z children.
In addition, Courtnaye is the founder of Inside Out with Courtnaye - a ministry that helps thousands of women grow stronger in their walk with Christ from a biblical and practical perspective. She is very passionate about helping women all around the world grow stronger in their faith, walk out their Christian lives according to the Word of God, live out their purpose, while also preparing them to be ready in every way for the swift return of Jesus Christ.
She accomplishes God's purpose in ministry through events, outreach, resources, video teachings, social media, speaking engagements, and is a contributing writer for Christianity.com and YouVersion Bible App partner. She also accomplishes this vision through her faith-based public relations, marketing, and mentorship agency, Inside Out Media Group, LLC, where she's worked with platforms such as PBS, CBN, TCT Networks, and Yahoo, as well as local television, radio, print publications, and top-charted podcast shows.
