The EQUIP Room exists to empower purpose-driven women of faith with the spiritual insight, practical tools, and strategic training needed to thrive in their God-given callings. Whether in ministry, business, media, or nonprofit leadership, this gathering is designed to pour into women who are ready to lead with boldness, serve with clarity, and impact their spheres of influence in ministry and the marketplace.
Through intentional sessions covering topics such as content creation, marketing, financial stewardship, faith-fueled entrepreneurship, ministry, business, branding, media, plus intentional conversations over food, speed networking, panel, and a Christ-centered atmosphere, The EQUIP Room serves as a space for activation, alignment, and advancement — equipping Kingdom women to build, lead, and live well in every area of their lives. Speaker & Panelist
Kristina Bell is a nonprofit ministry leader, teacher, prison pastor, and minister of the Gospel! She holds a Masters in Organizational Leadership, and loves to learn! As Executive Director of Chainbreakers Prison & Family Outreach CTX, she chooses to lead fully submitted to Christ, from a posture of servant, and desire to see her team grow and thrive in all that they do. In whatever capacity the Lord calls her, she aims to lead people to a deeper relationship with Jesus.
Courtnaye Richard
Host, Speaker, & Panel Moderator
Courtnaye Richard is the Executive Director of Inside Out Worldwide (501c3), a ministry that helps women grow in Christ all over the world, while equipping them for their calling as we await His return. She is the creative behind "The EQUIP Room." She is also a speaker, author, podcast host, and the CEO of Inside Out Media Group, LLC - a faith-based PR, Marketing, Branding, & Mentorship Agency. In her 20 years of experience, she has worked with platforms such as PBS, CBN, TCT, Yahoo, including local television and print publications, and contributing writer and partner for the YouVersion Bible App & Christianity.com

Tierashia Adair is a speaker, author, and faith and purpose mentor-coach who helps women GROW in their faith and GO confidently, authentically, and unapologetically in their purpose through encouragement, education, and empowerment. She is the founder of T. Adair Enterprises, LLC, and Women of Faith & Purpose.
Patty Garcia
Speaker & Panelist
Patty Garcia is a spirit-led creative who is passionate about helping others encounter God’s love through words, beauty, and intentional living, not just with God but from Him utilizing her social media influence through KnowThat Girlfriend. Patty also serves as the women's pastor and youth pastor at Victory Church in Marble Falls, TX.
Rebekah Stephenson
Panelist
Rebekah Stephenson, a longtime Hill Country resident, blends ministry and wellness through faith-based coaching. With seven years in ministry and experience as a coach at Verus Fit Transformation Lab, she empowers others toward healing and wholeness. She enjoys running, cooking, and riding motorcycles with her husband, living out her passion for people and transformation.
Kayley Lowe
Worship Leader
Kayley Lowe is from Marble Falls, Texas. She works full-time at Camp of the Hills, a non-profit organization whose ministry is serving low income and at-risk youth and families. She has lead worship for staff and campers there for nine summers.

She is the creative behind "The EQUIP Room." She is also the CEO of Inside Out Media Group, LLC - a faith-based PR, Marketing, Branding, & Mentorship Agency. In her 20 years of experience, she has worked with platforms such as PBS, CBN, TCT, Yahoo, including local television and print publications. Courtnaye is also the founder of Inside Out with Courtnaye, a blog and top 5% podcast for Christian women. She is an author, contributing writer for Christianity.com, iBelieve.com, and partner with the Bible App YouVersion. Her speaking appearances include She Speaks, FlourishWriters, Christian Parenting, Inspire Christian Writer's Conference at Mount Hermon, Hope*Writers Tuesday Teaching, and Entrusted Women’s Conference, just to name a few. Courtnaye reaches thousands of women across the globe through her writing, speaking, podcast, events, and collaborations. Courtnaye is married (22 years), has three beautiful adult children, and resides outside of Austin, Texas.

Who is this event for? This event is for Christian women of all ages—leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, ministry workers, professionals, nonprofit executive directors, and visionaries—who want to grow spiritually and practically while building authentic Kingdom connections.
What’s included in my ticket? Your ticket includes entry to all sessions, a panel discussion, speed networking, an EQUIP Swag Bag, breakfast + lunch, and access to vendors and fellowship time.
Is there parking available at the venue? Yes! There is free parking onsite, so you won’t have to worry about finding or paying for parking. Just come early to grab a good spot!
Are there gluten-free meal options available? Yes, gluten-free options will be available for lunch. However, breakfast will not include gluten-free selections, so if needed, we recommend eating before you arrive or bringing a light breakfast with you.
Is there childcare available? At this time, childcare will not be provided, so we kindly ask that all attendees make arrangements in advance.
What should I wear? Come as you are—but feel free to dress comfortable, cute, and confident! You’ll be sitting, standing, and networking, so we suggest wearing something that allows for movement and mingling.
How can I volunteer to help with the event? We’d love to have you on the team! Visit our Volunteer Sign-Up Form to let us know how you’d like to serve before, during, or after the event. NOTE: Meals will be provided for onsite volunteers.
What is your refund policy? All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. We understand that life happens, but due to event planning commitments, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us in advance.
